Guidelines for Authors
Given the situation of the ongoing pandemic, IMES 2022 will follow a pattern of online plenary lectures led by selected keynote speakers, i.e., no peer review process will be organized this year. The event is organized by the IMES community free of charge.
Guidelines for Authors
Authors are encouraged to submit their full papers from December 1, 2021 till January 15, 2022 via this link.
Papers must be submitted by the main author (first author listed on the title page of the paper).
Please use the enclosed paper template for writing your paper (.doc file or .docx file). See sample paper.
Please note that it is necessary to comply with these instructions:
- The length of the article is 7 to 10 pages.
- It is necessary to use relevant references, especially papers and texts from Web of Science databases. All submissions will be checked for potential plagiarism. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
- For writing formulas, please use the Equation Editor from Microsoft Word (you can use sample formula from the paper template).
- All citations in the text and all references must follow APA style (American Psychological Association – more information http://www.apastyle.org/). We recommend to use automatic citation maker for citation and references: automatic APA citation maker.
- Do not number pages.
Previously published papers and dual submissions are not allowed. Authors might choose between:
- Submitting paper to be included in conference proceedings (By submitting a paper, authors accept that paper will be published online and submitted to science databases.)
- Submitting paper for oral presentation without being published in conference proceedings
Each paper is subject to two independent double blind peer reviews. Papers whose content or format do not comply with the conference requirements are returned for rework or rejected. Each author is notified as to the acceptance of the paper by March, 16, 2022. All manuscripts as well as conference presentations are to be delivered for acceptance in English only!
